The last Roundtable in September focused on generating and managing sales leads. Conversation was quite productive since everyone shared their favorite tricks and techniques regarding generating qualified sales leads. The conversation will continue during this month's roundtable by answering the follow-on question: How does an enterprise sales person turn a qualified lead into a customer and revenue? We will focus on the companys sales process, the prospects decision-making process and approaches to game planning effective selling and closing strategies.
Our conversation will center on questions about selling enterprise software, information, and services through a direct sales force.
