Join us for a review of important tax developments and emerging tax planning strategies! Tax developments at all levels will have a significant impact on the finances of software and Internet companies. Massachusetts and many other states are enacting sweeping changes in the corporate tax rules. The tax "presence" of software and Internet companies in taxing jurisdictions can change very rapidly as the companies adapt operations in response to customer and market forces. Many taxing jurisdictions, including the United States, are reviewing the tax and incentive rules which directly impact software, Internet and technology companies. Our panel will review a number of these developments in a format that will be helpful for the financial management of software and Internet companies.
