Join us for the fifth meeting of the Over $2 million CEO Roundtable focusing on Resolving Management Challenges as we Move Out of the Recession. Roundtable participants have expressed concern about an increase in management pressures relating to stagnancy, salary structure, profitability, and the outsourcing of software development. Over the past couple of years, many employees were focused on maintaining their current job and hoping to avoid a layoff. In turn, management was able to receive support for lower pay raises, a modified bonus structure, and longer work hours to help improve productivity and maintain company profitability. As there are signs that the economy is improving, employees are beginning to demand significant pay raises and are showing some frustration over a pent up desire for additional benefits such as more vacation time. Amy Drachman, Principal, HR Counsel will be the guest speaker.
Led by Council Trustee David Blohm, former CEO of SmarterKids.com, this Roundtable will focus on some of the most pressing issues faced by CEOs, Presidents and Founders of companies with a revenue run rate of over $2 million. Participants will share their strategies, tactics, approaches, and experiences, both successful or unsuccessful, in dealing with the proposed discussion topic.
