Join us for an dynamic program focused on strategies and tactics for sourcing and utilizing innovative methods to finance your business. For this second installment of our Access to Capital series, we will build on the previous program of investor communication and look at Non-VC forms of business financing. We have assembled a strong panel of practice leaders, so that we can address this important topic from a practitioners perspective.
Our panel includes both a mature and an early stage company professional, each of whom has led their companies through recent innovative uses of alternative capital sources (i.e. import/export bank financing, Non-recurring Earnings, bootstrapping). The panelists will explore both the theory and the actual practice of driving these processes through to completion. Learn both the pitfalls and the enterprise value in utilizing these methods of financing in your business today.
After the panel we will have a robust and interactive discussion with the panelists on their experiences and tips on the Do's and Dont's of using alternative sources of financing.

Ken Galaznik, VP Finance, American Science and Engineering
Steve Papa, CEO, Endeca
Ralph Verrilli, VP, Operations, Vistagy, Inc.
John Atanasoff, Vice President, Silicon Valley Bank
