Join us for an informative program focused on strategies and tactics for expanding the reach of your business and/or achieving liquidity through strategic combinations, mergers and trade sales. For the third installment of the Access to Capital series, Moderator Mike Conza, Partner, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, has assembled two distinct panels to discuss how to prepare for and manage through this critical phase in the life of your business.

The first panel will include CEOs and venture capitalists who have managed software companies through recently closed transactions. These panelists will explore with attendees how they attracted the interest of potential acquirers and drove the process through to completion. To complement this sell-side perspective, the panel will include an investment banker with extensive experience in acting as a financial advisor to software companies looking to achieve scale and liquidity through strategic combinations, mergers and trade sales.
